As a Commercial Waste Manager, you’ll be using your business acumen to build the new Commercial Operations Service. Your focus will be the trade waste business and garden waste subscription services, and you’ll aim to achieve maximum revenue and success in the marketplace. 

In effect, you’ll be leading the Sales function; developing new and innovative offers while shaping services for the future. It means visiting client sites, giving great presentations, and negotiating contracts including terms and quotations. There’ll be plenty of client contact and the chance to build relationships. And, back at the office, you’ll focus on preparing PR material, tenders, press releases and brochures. 

This role requires an innovative and enterprising leader, who can collaborate, connect with others, and manage the commercial waste sales team. To make an impact from day one, you’ll need technical expertise: in-depth knowledge of waste management, relevant legislation, and proven business skills.
