We are looking for an experienced, and professional FM (Facilities Management) Technical Services Manager, with a proven track record of managing a predominantly in house team as well as contractors to deliver works in a complex multi-site environment.
The FM team has undergone a restructure and aims to bring a dynamic service with a fresh approach to how the service is delivered with the team operating across both Richmond and Wandsworth Councils bringing a unique employment opportunity serving the residents of two diverse London Boroughs
You will be an excellent people manager, leading, inspiring, and supporting a diverse technical team to deliver projects and works which ensure Statutory and mandatory compliance as well as reactive and planned maintenance works. You will also need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with a varied range of customers and stakeholders from elected members to service departments and residents. A wide range of knowledge and expertise in the hard FM environment is essential as well as experience of procurement and contract management working in the public sector.
