We are looking for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join our in-house Property Team. The successful candidate will be taking on a varied caseload which will include:

  • Acquisitions and Disposals of commercial property
  • Landlord and Tenant transactions
  • Public sector-led regeneration schemes

You will be required to work as part of a team and develop a good working relationship with our client departments. You will be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation and drafting skills and will be motivated, proactive and able deal with a varied and complex caseload.

The post is open to applications from licensed conveyancers, chartered legal executives, solicitors and barristers.
