£48,749 to £52,811 + £2,000 market supplement

And this role offers you a chance to be part of ensuring our success.
As a Finance Manager here, you’ll support the review, analysis and modelling of a variety of projects, including ICT procurement, Watford Business Park, Property Investment Board and the Watford Health Campus. You’ll develop and assess option appraisals to support the business case for these and other projects, identify opportunities and develop robust benefits realisation plans. And you’ll do all this whilst working closely with the Head of Finance and supporting individual project managers with financial matters.
It’s a role that will call on your people skills as much as your finance experience. A qualified Accountant (IFAC or qbe) with a good understanding of local government financial regulations, you’ll be a great communicator with the confidence to brief and advise senior managers. You’ll also need strong commercial awareness, good modelling skills and a working knowledge of option appraisals, npv and dc.
