Are you passionate about governance and compliance? Tees Valley Combined Authority is seeking a dedicated Head of Governance to lead and manage our governance function across our diverse group, including Teesside Freeport and Mayoral Development Corporation structures.

Key Responsibilities:

•                     Oversee Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Requests.

•                     Ensure data protection compliance and manage data sharing queries.

•                     Provide governance support for statutory and non-statutory boards and committees.

•                     Lead on stakeholder relationship management and act as the single point of contact for elected members and internal stakeholders.

•                     Maintain statutory filings and ensure compliance with governance procedures.
